By downloading a product, purchasing a license, or requesting a registration key, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. In particular, please note that our products are copyright protected and subject to a license agreement.

License agreement

When you download, purchase a license for, or request a registration key for one of our software products, you are agreeing to the license conditions for the use of that software.

There are two types of license, with corresponding types of registration key:

Evaluation

For a single user on a single machine. This type of license is free, but is valid for 3 days only. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, an evaluation license/key allows use of all features of the software. Each customer will be granted only one evaluation period for each product.

Full

Also for a single user on a single machine, but allows use for an unlimited period.

Payment

VAT

Sales to EC (European Community) countries are subject to VAT (Value Added Tax).

Sales to countries outside the EC are not subject to VAT, but may be subject to other local taxes. It is your responsibility to pay any such taxes.

If you are ordering from the UK, or you are ordering from another EC country and you are not registered for VAT, then VAT at 15% will be added to the cost of your purchase.

If you are registered for VAT in an EC country other than the UK, no VAT will be added to the cost of your purchase, and you will be responsible for accounting for the VAT.

Delivery

Refund policy

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

Updates

Minor updates (e.g. from version 1.05 to 1.72) are available free of charge - simply download the new version and use it with the registration key you already have.

Major updates (where the part of the version number before the dot changes, e.g. from version 1.72 to 2.01) will require a new registration key.

We provide free email support for at least 12 months from the date of purchase. Please send any queries to .

Privacy

The only information that we collect about you is what you provide during the ordering/registration procedure.

We use this information only for the purpose of processing your orders, and, if you have asked us to, for sending you news of updates and new products.

We do not pass your personal data on to any third party, except for the purpose of processing your order.

Requesting a registration key

When you are requesting a registration key, you will have to supply the following information on the registration form:

User name

You should enter the full name of the person who will be using the program.

You must enter here exactly the same user name as you entered into the registration dialog of the program.

Company name

You should enter the name of your company. If you are a private individual, enter 'None'.

You must enter here exactly the same company name as you entered into the registration dialog of the program.

Product ID

Enter the Product ID that was displayed in the registration dialog when you ran the program. The Product ID is generated using the user and company names, so you must enter exactly the same names here as you entered in the program's registration dialog.

License number

Enter the license number that was sent to you when you purchased the license. Each license number can be used only once to register a product.

No license number is required when requesting an evaluation key.

Email

Enter the email address that the registration key should be sent to.

Please note that we do not deliver keys to "free" email addresses on hosts such as hotmail.com or yahoo.com.

If you do not have an appropriate email address, you can contact us to arrange sending the key by ordinary mail.

Purchasing a license

When you are purchasing a license, you will have to supply the following information on the purchase form:

Product

Select the product that you want to purchase a license (or licenses) for.

Number of licenses

Enter the number of licenses that you want to purchase. You will need a license for each user on each machine that you want use the program on.. You may purchase up to 999 licenses at a time.

You will be provided with a unique license number for each license that you purchase.

Email

Enter the email address to which the license numbers and invoice should be sent.

Please note that we do not deliver license numbers to "free" email addresses on hosts such as hotmail.com or yahoo.com.

If you do not have an appropriate email address, you can contact us to arrange sending the license numbers by ordinary mail.

Name and address

Enter your name and address, as they should appear on the invoice.

Country

Select the country that the license numbers are to be delivered to. This information is needed for tax purposes.

VAT number

If you are ordering from a country outside the EC (European Community), leave this field empty.
